As of Tuesday 28th April the team at G Guy Motors will be operating. We will be strictly following both the Government, and MTA's Health and Safety procedure to ensure the safety of both our customers and our staff. To ensure the safety of customers and staff the following procedures have been implemented;

Customer Drop Off
⦁ We will have a designated customer vehicle drop off zone, coned off at the front of our workshop. This where you will be required to drop off your vehicle. Please ensure that your drivers window is down and the key is left in the centre console of the vehicle.
⦁ A designated technician will be assigned to your vehicle for the required work. This will provide a contact trace for everyone in contact with the vehicle
⦁ An agreed drop off time must be confirmed when booking is made. The vehicle must be dropped off within 10 minutes either side of this drop off time. This will ensure customer safety and social distancing. If you arrive early - please wait until your allocated drop off time, if you are running late please let the team know.
⦁ All vehicles will be sanitized before and after work is carried out on all contact surfaces. Seat covers, PPE and stringent health and safety procedures will be carried out and enforced.
⦁ No customer can come up the flight off stair towards the office and showroom This is to maintain social distancing protocol.

Customer Pick up and Payment
⦁ Upon completion of work a team member will contact you and a pick-up time will be agreed on. The vehicle must be picked up within 10 minutes either side of this pick up time. This will ensure customer safety and social distancing. If you arrive early - please wait until your allocated drop off time, if you are running late please let the team know.
⦁ Payment of work is to be made via internet banking. A screenshot is then to be sent to our email address gguy.motors@gmail.com before collection of vehicle. If for any reason this is not possible please let the team know before the vehicle is booked in.


Please note : our ARB showroom will be closed. For all accessory enquiries/purchases contact Ben to organise a "click and collect". There will be a designated collection zone for all purchases.
